hey everyone!! i’m a bit late (as always) but i’m finally posting my owlcrate unboxing 🙂
this month’s theme was head over heels, so basically everything romance, and i love romance!
the first item is this super cool keychain from bookworm boutique! the quote is from simon vs. the homo sapiens agenda (i think), but i really love the back of the keychain! the design is seriously so cool 😍
the next two items are this candle from novelly yours and a tea from the tea spot! unfortunately, i don’t LOVE the scent of this candle (it’s a bit too sweet for me), and i also don’t really drink tea. i MIGHT try it though, since it sounds pretty good! these are inspired by anna and the french kiss and eleanor and park, two contemporary books. i really enjoyed anna and the french kiss but didn’t love eleanor and park.
we also got this headband from storiarts, but i’m not a fan of pride and prejudice, and i also don’t wear headbands.
this print is honestly my favorite item from this box! it’s designed by the amazing eviebookish and inspired by acomaf! it’s so beautiful 😍
we also got an exclusive sampler of umberland, the sequel to everland (i think that was the title), which was a previous owlcrate book! i actually never read it, but i still have it sitting in my bookshelf, oops.
finally, the book in this box was the upside of unrequited by becky albertalli! i’ve heard some pretty good reviews of this book, so i’m excited for it. however, i didn’t love her other book. the synopsis of the upside of unrequited also sounds pretty cliche/predictable, but i’m sure it’ll still be a fun read!
and here’s everything together! overall, this wasn’t a bad box at all, but it wasn’t one of my favorites.
