february owlcrate unboxing

okay, so i skipped january’s owlcrate since i’m not a huge fan of classics (and tbh i don’t really regret it) but i was SO EXCITED for february! i think almost everyone already knew what book it was going to be, and it’s one that’s been super popular recently. also, owlcrate announced that they’d be including a candle from frostbeard, which totally sold me. if you didn’t know, i’m totally obsessed with bookish candles! i just placed another order (oops), so i might do a haul/collection post soon.

onto the box! this month’s theme was run away with the circus.

the first item included was the one i was most excited for—the candle!frostbeard studio created this amazing le cirque des rêves candle specially for owlcrate. i normally don’t like super sweet scents, but i’m so in love with this candle! it’s not overpowering or overly sweet, and it’s just perfect. i can’t wait to burn it!

these page flags from girl of all work are so cute! i love that they’re all different sizes, which is super useful.

probably my least item of the box: a doughnut scented lip balm from geek fire labs. again, i’m not a huge fan of super sugary scents, so i’ll be giving this away.

owlcrate also included this cute notebook made from a deck of cards—how cool is that?

finally, my favorite item! evie bookish designed this BEAUTIFUL night circus inspired tote bag, and i’m so in love with it! just look at how gorgeous this is, seriously.

and of course, this month’s book is caraval by stephanie garber! not only is this book’s cover absolutely beautiful, but i’ve also heard SO many good things about the story, and i’m so excited to start reading it!

all in all, this was definitely an amazing box by owlcrate, and i can’t wait to see what they’ll come up with for march! next month’s theme is sailors, ships, and seas. if you’re interested, subscribe here!

thanks for reading!
